Production Assistant – 2nd & 3rd Shift (Pharmaceutical Packaging)

We’re now hiring Production Assistants for 2nd and 3rd shift positions at a reputable global manufacturer specializing in medical, pharmaceutical, and animal health packaging. If you have prior production or machine operating experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you!
Available Shifts & Pay
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM — $18–$19/hour
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM — $18–$20/hour
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
- Maintain quality and safety standards in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Assist with setup, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred
- Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record
- Proven ability to stay with the same employer for 2+ years
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
