Now hiring Production Assistants at a reputable global manufacturer specializing in medical, pharmaceutical, and animal health packaging. If you have prior production or machine operating experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $20 per hour

Available Shifts:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
• Maintain quality and safety standards in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs)
• Assist with maintaining proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory flow
• Support production lines with material staging, setup, and changeovers
• Assist operators during printing, slitting, and compounding processes as needed
• Perform core cutting and other warehouse support duties
• Help with pack-out operations while maintaining quality and productivity standards

Qualifications:

• Previous production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record
• Proven ability to stay with the same employer for 2+ years
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
