Data Entry Operator / Digital Records and Information Specialist

Are you fast on the keyboard, focused, and detail-oriented? We’re currently hiring a Data Entry Operator – Digital Records & Information Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in collecting and entering important data into our systems with accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll work closely with our data team to research information online, maintain digital records, and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who’s tech-savvy, organized, and ready to take ownership of daily tasks. If you're dependable and ready to grow your skills, we’d love to train you!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and collect relevant data from a variety of online sources
• Accurately enter, verify, and update information in internal systems and databases
• Generate and submit bi-weekly reports based on collected data
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
• Respond to internal requests for data access or updates
• Help ensure data integrity by checking for errors or inconsistencies
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
