Seeking a detail‑oriented Machine Assembler to join a growing advanced manufacturing team in Red Wing, MN. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom machinery and automation systems while working closely with engineering and production teams. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to quality, precision, and craftsmanship in every build.

Shift Schedule

•  Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay

• $22-$27/hr. DOE
• Weekly paychecks every Friday

Location and Work Environment

• Red Wing, MN
• Clean, climate-controlled environment

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assemble mechanical components and systems using technical drawings and schematics
• Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems as needed
• Perform functional testing and calibration on completed machines
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design or build challenges
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Document build processes and recommend improvements where needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, or industrial automation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with standard hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail
