What You'll Do:

• Welcome prospective residents and provide outstanding tours of apartment communities
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Explain leasing terms, availability, and property features
• Process applications and assist with lease signing
• Maintain records, update databases, and support office operations
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and showing-ready

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior leasing or property management experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and database skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible schedule (some weekends may be required)
