We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the Lubbock market. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company—building relationships with local businesses, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients find the right staffing solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect for new business daily through cold calling, in-person visits, and referrals
• Identify and research new business opportunities in the local market
• Manage and grow your assigned sales territory
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Present staffing solutions and close new business deals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills:

• Proven ability in prospecting (cold calling and in-person)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Effective time and territory management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to track and measure performance metrics
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Outside sales experience may substitute for degree
