About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. Your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting—both in-person and by phone.

You’ll be the face of the company in the Lubbock business community, building relationships with decision-makers and helping them discover how we can support their hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business daily (calls, in-person visits, referrals)
  • Research and identify local business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a sales territory
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Close deals and hit performance targets

  • Prospecting (cold calling and in-person)
  • Sales closing and negotiation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven outside sales experience may substitute for degree
