Outdoor General Labor

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $17.00 / hr

Job Summary: 

• Assist with running recycled cans through the can machine

• Operate or assist with loading the can machine using a skid steer

• Bend, lift, and grab materials as needed throughout the process

• Identify and remove any items that do not belong in the recycling stream

• Unload and carry materials into the designated areas

•  Sweep and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Work comfortably in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor)

•  Perform highly repetitive tasks; work may be monotonous at times
   

   

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $17.00 /hr 

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift, may also be bending, stooping, or squatting
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must comply with quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
• Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations

Experience required:

• Outdoor work experience preferred
