We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Stick Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) techniques and be capable of producing strong, high-quality welds in a variety of positions and environments. This role is critical to the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform SMAW (stick welding) on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals as required.

·         Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

·         Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

·         Inspect welds for accuracy and quality using visual and mechanical inspection tools.

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area.

·         Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

·         Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
