Hybrid work schedule with two (2) days in-office. Tuesday & Wednesday

must haves for this role:

  • HRIS experience (system administration, system configuration, etc.)
  • Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • HR data reporting
  • HR system troubleshooting

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and execute processes within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs
  • Initiate, review, and approve employee lifecycle workflows including new hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS
  • Develop and maintain detailed queries and reports from various HR systems
  • Evaluate, research, and deliver timely ad-hoc report request results
  • Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making
  • Maintain data integrity by performing routine HR system data audits
  • Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
  • Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed
  • Issue resolution and system validations for various HR systems including:
  • Employee and Manager Self Service processes
  • Hiring, Job Changes, and Terminations
  • Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning integrations
  • Make process improvement recommendations and work on system projects
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades
  • Provide Tier I Support via internal ticketing tool (JIRA)
  • Assist other team members and customers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel knowledge required
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong execution skills with ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows
  • Ability to work in a geographically distributed project team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the complex issues
  • Possess expert knowledge of subject matter

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of HRIS, HR operations, or system execution experience
  • Prior HR systems experience
  • ADP, Success Factors, and timekeeping experience preferred
  • Experience with system reporting tools (Business Objects) preferred
  • Experience in supporting geographically disbursed customers/users
