Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Technician. This candidate will specialize in commercial and residential preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Repairing a walk-in cooler is essential for maintaining the quality and safety of stored products, especially in businesses such as restaurants, supermarkets, and food storage facilities.
• Install, maintain, and repair various refrigeration and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
• Perform welding and plumbing tasks as needed for system installation or repair.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their system needs.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites as required.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as Industrial refrigeration Tech and Cooling systems
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Most pass a drug test and background check.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
