Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Cabinet Finisher/Installer to join a team at a high-end, custom cabinetry shop known for craftsmanship, detail, and precision. If you have experience in fine woodworking, take pride in your finishing and installation work, and have a sharp eye for detail — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Install custom-built cabinets in residential or commercial spaces with precision and care.
• Perform high-end cabinet finishing using stains, paints, and sealers to achieve a flawless look.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project drawings.
• Measure accurately using a tape measure and layout tools.
• Use various power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure fit, finish, and alignment meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in cabinet finishing and/or installation (custom or high-end cabinetry preferred)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled with power tools, woodworking equipment, and finishing materials
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position
• Starting at $18- $20/hr
• Monday – Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
