Call Center Agent - Customer Service Representative

• Location: On-site in Ocala, FL
• Pay: $17/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Candidates must be available to work any shift within this time range, as start and end times may vary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (recently in the last 3-5 years)
• Comfortable using CRM tools; prior knowledge of 2-3 CRM platforms.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Comfortable with basic math skills
• Must pass drug screening and background check
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound reminder calls
• Assist borrowers and verify account information
• Maintain accurate records and deliver scripted information
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned
