What You Will Be Doing:

• Taking a lead in active production (CNC, assembly, packaging)
• Keeping operations on schedule and resolving issues as they arise
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Supporting infrastructure development to enable production growth

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in a hands-on production or manufacturing role
• Natural leadership qualities and the desire to grow into higher-level roles
• Working knowledge of production and assembly
