As a shear machine operator, you will be required to set up and operate shearing machines to cute materials, like metal or textiles. 

• Must be open to setting up and adjusting the power shears or cutting machine. 
• Inspecting cut pieces for accuracy and dimensions, using measuring tools. 
• Performing routine maintenance on the shear machine, such as lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• MUST have 2-5 years of experience!
• Must have reliable transportation daily.
• Must have steel toe boots.
