Express Employment Professionals is seeking Construction General Laborers to join a Local Company in the Palestine, TX area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 7PM **12-16/hr shifts, with Overtime Opportunities**

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks including site preparation and maintenance
• Clear out trees, brush, and debris from construction zones
• Break ground using hand tools and light machinery
• Receive and process tickets from incoming trucks
• Grease and maintain construction equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Assist with heavy lifting and material handling
• Support post-construction cleanup and final site detailing
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
