Assembly Technician

Located in Tolland, CT

Salary: $18-$20/hr

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling components, following blueprints and work instructions, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products/components according to blueprints, instructions, and work orders.
• Build wire harnesses.
• Build subassemblies and instrument models to company quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed for assembly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly and quality control
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Ability to read drawings, blue print reading
• Ability to solder a plus
• Basic mechanical skills and working with hand tools
