Schedule:
Pay rate: $20-24/hr, depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
Operate industrial furnaces to heat treat metal parts according to precise specifications.
Set up machines, monitor temperature cycles, and handle quenching processes.
Inspect parts before and after heat treatment using basic measuring tools.
Work with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Keep equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior heat treating or metalworking experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
Ability to read blueprints and use tools like micrometers and hardness testers.
Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an industrial environment.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift.
Forklift experience is helpful, but not required.
