Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Store Associate for a pool supply company in Rock Island, IL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a positive retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers in person
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Stock merchandise and ensure products are properly priced
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash and card transactions
• Test pool water chemical levels and assist customers with results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Perform other general store duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service and retail experience
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
