Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical panels, harnesses, and wiring systems based on schematics, blueprints, and work instructions

• Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, stripping, and soldering of electrical components

• Mount and install components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks

• Conduct basic testing of assembled units to ensure correct wiring and functionality

• Troubleshoot and correct wiring errors or component placement issues

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

• Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training in electrical/electronics is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related field preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

  • Proficient in using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and other electrical tools

  • Knowledge of basic electrical theory and component function

  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Manufacturing or production floor

  • Exposure to tools, electrical components, and machinery

  • Regular standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and manual dexterity required

  • Full-time; shift details discussed during interview
