Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with aluminum materials to cut, shape, and assemble parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with fabrication tools, and the ability to read blueprints and follow precise instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, shape, and assemble aluminum components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy

• Perform welding, fitting, and finishing tasks on aluminum parts as required

• Inspect fabricated parts for quality and adherence to standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in aluminum fabrication or metalworking

• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings

• Skilled in using fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, welders, and drills

• Ability to perform welding on aluminum preferred (TIG welding experience a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing or fabrication shop setting

• Physically active role with standing, bending, and lifting

Schedule:
