Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Roll Machine Operator who demonstrates strong critical thinking and a passion for metal fabrication. This role requires a candidate with a solid automotive or mechanic background, experience with brake presses (non-CNC), and proficiency in forming and bending materials. The position demands good math skills—especially geometry—and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll machines to shape metal parts, adapting techniques for varying material characteristics

• Apply critical thinking to adjust processes and ensure high-quality results for each piece

• Utilize brake press machines (non-CNC) for forming and bending tasks

• Use geometry and math skills to measure and calculate precise bends and rolls

• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other shop equipment to move materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with experienced team members and embrace continuous learning opportunities

• Assist with general metal fabrication and shop tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with roll machine operation and brake press (non-CNC) preferred

• Automotive or mechanic background, either professionally or as a hobby

• Strong hands-on skills and physical stamina for manual tasks

• Proficient in basic math and geometry related to metal forming

• Experience operating forklifts and cranes in a metal fabrication environment

• Demonstrated longevity or steady employment history (6 months to 1 year minimum training period)

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced metal fabrication shop

• Physically demanding with regular lifting, standing, and machine operation

• Collaborative team atmosphere with ongoing training and development
