In this role, you will:

• Develop and nurture client relationships to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
• Source, screen, and recruit top talent to match clients' requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless placement process
• Achieve sales and recruitment targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

We're seeking someone who has:

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• A knack for building and maintaining lasting professional relationships
• Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment

A typical day on the job includes:

• Managing multiple client accounts
• Touring local client facilities
• Maintaining familiarity with client needs and job openings
• Ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention among clients
• Expanding business and building rapport through the many services our office provides
• Meeting with local job seekers and learning about their career goals
• Sharing local job opportunities that align with job seekers' career goals and making company introductions
• Continuing to support job seekers in their career journey until they are hired on as a local company's core employee
• Logging and recording entries in company's software database
• Creating more opportunities for our candidates by calling on businesses that we are currently and not currently working with
• Striving to hit goals. Learning from the mistakes and celebrating the wins!
• Completing all tasks with a sense of urgency
• Regularly connecting with both clients and job seekers via phone calls, emails, text messages, and in person
• Other duties, as assigned

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm
• Please note that this is NOT a remote role

Location:

• St. Croix Falls, WI

Compensation:

• $19.00 an hour 
• Additional opportunities for commissions and bonuses
