Express Employment Professionals is continuously building a talent pool of experienced Office Administrators and Customer Service Representatives for upcoming openings with top companies in the South County and Jefferson County, MO areas.

This posting is not for an immediate opening, but qualified applicants will be considered for future administrative and customer service roles. These positions typically support office operations, provide excellent customer service, and handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule & Pay

  • Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
  • Full‑Time: Monday – Friday, 40 hours (1st shift)
  • Part‑Time: 3–5 days/week, 18–30 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with a clear, professional phone presence
  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, meetings, appointments, and events
  • Perform advanced typing and accurate data entry
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Learn and navigate software systems such as Salesforce, SAP, CRM platforms, or proprietary tools
  • Provide friendly customer service via phone, email, and in‑office interactions
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assist with office tasks such as mail handling, supply ordering, and reception duties
  • Coordinate with internal teams, management, and customers to support daily office operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or customer service
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal communication with a polished, courteous phone presence
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and tasks simultaneously
  • Advanced typing and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs (SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Reliable, consistent transportation
  • Resume with recent, relevant experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP, Salesforce, or CRM software
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management skills
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment
