Location: Mansfield, TX 
Pay: $16 hourly
Schedule:40 Hour week, Monday – Thursday: 12:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Overtime (50+ hour week)Monday – Friday: 12:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Saturdays when required: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Training will be on 1st shift for 1 to 1 ½ months, then convert to 2nd shift.

Manufacturer of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) products (Water Meters) for the water utility industry.

Production/Quality Control:

Responsibilities: 
Assemble, test, and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. 
Engrave and package products. 
Set up and break down production benches for various product sizes. 
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor. 
Adhere to production guidelines and specifications. 
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and address defects or issues. 
Ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards before shipping. 
Meet production targets on the line while maintaining quality standards. 
Report issues to the supervisor on duty promptly. 
Handle finished products, raw materials, and production tools/equipment responsibly. 
Perform additional tasks as assigned. 

Requirements: 
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
Strong attention to detail and quality standards. 
Thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
Team player with good communication skills. 
Capable of standing for long periods, including walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and stooping.
