The Quality Control associate is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of products within the warehouse environment. This role ensures that goods received from suppliers and those prepared for shipment meet quality and compliance standards. The QC associate identifies defects, reports inconsistencies, and works closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies.

• Verify product counts and accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders.

• Conduct regular audits on inventory and storage conditions.

• Ensure products meet labeling, packaging, and safety standards.

• Document inspection results and report quality issues to supervisors or quality managers.

• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to resolve issues.

• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
