Responsibilities of the Lead Carpenter:

• Construct or repair framework
• Determine dimensions of framework
• Measure and cut required building materials
• Use hand tools and power tools
• Tile work
• Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling
• Read Tape Measure
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications of the Lead Carpenter:

• Ability to read tape measure
• Reliability
• Experience with power tools
• Carpentry experience required
• Ability to work alone or part of a team
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous work with residential
• Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Ability to be trainable
