Machine Operator

Salary: $15.00-$16.00

• Loading raw casting parts on entrance conveyors while achieving production rate on quality
• Checking part measurements and equipment, following control plan and tooling parts
• Making offset adjustments to control process on established dimensions Changing inserts according to Tooling Charts and/or programmed tool life
• Starting up robot after every fault and insert change and doing maintenance activities on daily operator check sheet
• Make suggestions to improve the operator procedures. Follow all work and safety rules.
• Must be able lift, reach, and pull 30-50 lbs.
• The employee is required to stand, walk, lift, and reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to read, understand and verbally communicate work instructions.
