Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial or industrial job sites. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day field operations, read plans, coordinate with GCs and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on-site

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

• Plan layout and installation of electrical systems

• Schedule tasks, delegate work, and ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers

• Ensure job site safety and enforce proper PPE usage

• Perform hands-on work including conduit bending, wire pulling, panel installation

• Track materials, hours, and progress reports

• Conduct quality control checks and resolve field issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience

• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred

• Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes

• Ability to manage and motivate crews

• OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 minimum)

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must own hand tools and basic PPE

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
