We are seeking proactive and experienced Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Market and lease vacant units, conduct property tours, and screen prospective tenants
  • Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and enforce lease terms
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services to ensure property upkeep
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, work orders, and financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and fair housing regulations
  • Collaborate with ownership or corporate teams on strategic planning and capital improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations
  • Strong knowledge of leasing practices, landlord-tenant laws, and property maintenance
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), or similar credential
  • Experience managing multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use properties
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations
