We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by coordinating services, managing programs, and fostering relationships with clients and their families. This position requires a compassionate approach, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage all appliance part orders
• Expedite parts and follow up with manufacturers for estimated delivery times (ETAs)
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding order status
• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Update service tickets and maintain accurate records in our system
• Coordinate with technicians and service managers to ensure timely service delivery
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

Skills

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and reporting.
• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in program development and management to create effective service plans.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles to manage program finances effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Background in social work or related fields is beneficial for understanding client needs.
• Excellent relationship management skills to foster trust and collaboration among clients, families, and team members.
• Supervisory experience is an asset for overseeing staff performance and development.
• Understanding of behavioral health principles to support holistic client care.
