We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Electrician to join our team in Bessemer, AL. This is a full-time, first-shift position with opportunities for overtime. Whether you're just getting started in the electrical trade or you’re a seasoned journeyman, we’d love to speak with you!

Job Responsibilities

• Pulling and connecting wire
• Assisting with electrical installations
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Supporting Journeyman Electricians
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean job site

Requirements

• Electrical experience preferred
• Journeyman certification preferred, but not required — we’re open to candidates with hands-on experience
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay

• Starting at $17/hour for entry-level candidates
• Pay is based solely on experience
