Position Summary:
Seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls and assist callers using established procedures and scripts. This role involves communicating clearly, gathering information, and providing a positive experience while accurately documenting each interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional manner

• Follow established scripts, procedures, and call-handling guidelines

• Listen to callers, gather necessary information, and determine the appropriate next steps

• Provide accurate information and assistance based on the caller’s needs

• Document call details and update information as needed

• Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional tone throughout each interaction

• Escalate calls or questions when additional assistance is needed

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working efficiently

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment

• Previous customer service, call center, office, or phone-based experience preferred
