 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

$21.50 per hour

 

Duties of Consumer Engagement Specialist:

• Responds to consumer contacts such as calls, letters, and e-mails.
• Acts as a Company spokesperson by professionally responding to a variety of consumer questions about specific products.
• Will be trained on all product lines and our specific software application.
• Maintains reference information for specific products..
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Consumer Engagement Specialist:

• Experience with customer service
• Maturity of judgment
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Office and Administrative experience 
• Longevity within work history
