This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various small engine equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair small engine equipment including lawn mowers, generators, and other related machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and vehicle maintenance to ensure longevity and efficiency of equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
• Conduct generator repairs and perform automotive repair tasks as needed.
• Utilize soldering techniques for electrical repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and maintain a clean work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in small engine technology.

Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive repair or diesel mechanics
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
- Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with dealership-specific machinery is a plus
