Mig / Stick Welder

Pay: $25–$26/hr

Overview: We’re hiring a Mig / Stick Welder for a full-time, long-term opportunity in a busy production environment. This role involves welding and fabricating metal components for equipment, using a variety of tools and techniques. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and shop drawings and have experience with both MIG and stick welding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and stick welding on metal parts and equipment

• Fabricate components using grinders, saws, and other hand and power tools

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to complete projects accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• MIG and stick welding experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

• Experience with grinding, cutting, and general fabrication tools

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and dependable work history

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM until daily production is complete (Overtime required)
