Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for Property Maintenance MUST HAVE PRIOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic repairs and maintenance to turn apartments, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Respond to work orders and maintenance requests from residents and staff
Maintain outdoor areas, including lawn mowing, landscaping, weed pulling, and working outside
Keep common areas clean, safe, and in good working order, both inside and out
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in general maintenance and groundskeeping
Longevity in previous positions
Two professional reference checks (co-workers or supervisors)
