MUST HAVE 3-5yrs PRIOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in unit turnovers, ensuring apartments are clean, repaired, and move-in ready.
• Skilled in touch-up and full interior painting, wall repair, and maintaining property appearance.
• Maintains high cleanliness standards in apartments, common areas, and leasing offices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Provides excellent resident service, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor when responding to maintenance requests
• Reliable in diagnosing issues and completing repairs quickly to minimize tenant disruptions.
• Strong background in apartment maintenance, repair, and property upkeep for residential and leasing office spaces.
• Highly skilled multi-trade professional with hands-on expertise in electrical work, drywall repair and installation, appliance installation, and general construction.
