Located in Lapeer, MI
Salary: $14-$17
Assist with general shop tasks including material handling, cleaning, and organizing
Load and unload materials or products
Use basic hand and power tools as needed
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified or trained)
Support machine operators and welders/fabricators with prep work
Perform light assembly or fabrication tasks
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required)
Previous labor, shop, or warehouse experience is a plus
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Reliable attendance and transportation
Willingness to learn and take direction
