Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper function and output

• Assemble products or components according to specifications or blueprints

• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met

• Read and interpret work orders or production instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues or report malfunctions

• Package finished products for shipment

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to [25-50] lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation and good attendance
