Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Lead Production Associate starting immediately for a Production Facility located in West Orlando!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $17.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Sunday (1 day off per week) - 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM - 60-65 hours per week.
• Location - West Orlando, FL - 32808 zip code.

Job Duties:

• Preparing work schedules and assigning workers to production line tasks.
• Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
• Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• MUST have strong production experience, preferably 3+ years.
• MUST be able to work any day of the week, Monday to Sunday.
• MUST be able to work 12-hour shifts, and 60-65 hours per week.
