This is a direct hire position requiring a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a customer service manager.

 

Job Description:
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role leads and develops a team of CSR’s, establishes service standards, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and implements strategies to enhance customer experience. The Head of Customer Service collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues, improve processes, and support company goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage customer service teams and supervisors
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Develop customer service policies and procedures
  • Handle high-level customer escalations and complaints
  • Ensure staffing, training, and tools support peak service levels
  • Analyze trends to improve service quality and efficiency

 

Salary: $70 -$80k

 

Hours: M-T 8:00 to 5:00pm

Fridays 8:00 to 3:00pm
