Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $17.50/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Location - West Orlando, FL 32808

Job Duties:

• Taking and processing orders called in or emailed in by customers.
• Taking inbound calls from Customers to handle shipping or other Customer Service issues.
• Process requests for and send samples, and sales & marketing materials.

Requirements:

• MUST have 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• MUST be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
