Company Overview

Organization and attention to detail is HUGE. Healthcare but preferred pharmaceutical/compounding background is helpful because they'll know the importance of cleanliness. Need knowledge (schooling or work experience) working with microbiology equipment (incubation of samples on a plate).

Some of what to expect:

  • Unbox materials

  • Sign in items received and fill out a little paperwork

  • Sticking approval sticker and putting them away in appropriate location

  • Important that labels are printed correctly on the products (right dosage, info, etc.)

  • Operate software for special label printer (will train)

  • Monitor printer to make sure labels are printed correctly and keeping track of the number printed; making sure they’re stored correctly

  • "Think microbiology type situation" (cleanliness of a doctor going into surgery but not that extreme)

  • Will need to gown properly (protective equipment, wash correctly). So someone that has familiarity with this will know the importance

  • Conduct routine quality control tests on products to ensure compliance with CGMP, ISO 13485, HACCP, and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports on findings for management review.

  • Implement and maintain quality systems to enhance product integrity and safety.

  • Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality during manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Participate in internal audits and assist in the development of quality assurance protocols.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in quality control and assurance processes, including quality audits and inspections.
  • Strong background in production - assembly, manufacturing, or machine operating is a PLUS!
  • Pharmacy Technician is a PLUS!
  • Experience with vision inspection systems and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Understanding of microbiology principles as they relate to quality control.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift:

1st shift - 7:00am to 3:00pm

2nd shift - 2:00 to 10:00pm
