Salary: $18.50 - $20

We are partnering with one of our clients in the North metro, that designs and manufactures medical products and components. Our client is looking to fill temp-to-hire openings for their Shipping and Receiving department. Pay is $18.50 - $20 an hour.

 

Material Handler Job Duties

· Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures

· Verify shipping and product information

· Packs products into appropriate containers

· Enters shipping information into shipping system programs such as FedEx & UPS

· Affixes appropriate identification labels

 

Material Handler Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Min. 6 months - one year with shipping or warehouse experience

· Ability to read English and follow detailed procedures

· Operate a pallet jack

· Steel-toe safety shoes required

 

Material Handler Preferred qualifications

· 5S experience

· SAP experience

· Lean Manufacturing experience
