Job Description:
A local manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join their team in Watkins Glen, NY. This position is responsible for machine setup, operation, inspection, and basic maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Load tools, fixtures, and raw materials
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Monitor machining cycles and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
• Change worn or broken tools
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines

Requirements:

• Understanding of CNC machining fundamentals
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Familiarity with G-code, machining operations, feeds, and speeds
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
