Description:We are currently seeking skilled CNC Machinists with experience in Lathe operations. Ideal candidates will have the ability to write and edit programs from scratch and demonstrate a strong understanding of precision machining practices.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs
Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures
Requirements:
3+ years of CNC machining experience
Proficiency in Lathe operations
Ability to write/edit G-code programs from scratch
Strong math, measurement, and blueprint reading skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable and able to work independently or in a team setting
