Support marketing or merchandising by stocking displays and samples.
HS diploma/GED (sometimes some college), 1–2 years in sales, customer service, distribution preferred.
Strong communication, customer-focus, problem-solving, and computer skills (MS Office, ERP/CRM systems).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift 25–50?lb, stand, walk, stoop; forklift or cherry picker certification may be required.
Generally full-time, Monday–Friday, day shifts (~5:30?am–4?pm). Occasional evenings or weekends possible.
Work takes place in a shared office-counter area adjoining a warehouse—exposure to noise, moderate physical conditions, occasional dust/fumes; PPE may be required.
Entry-level: ~$17–19/hour for warehouse/sales associate.
Mid-level: Inside Sales Reps earn ~$45–60?K base, plus commission/bonus potential (total comp $60–90?K+)
Advancement: Move into Senior Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Branch Operations, or Sales Management roles.
