Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 /HR
Hours: 2-2-3, 6:00am - 6:00pm
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 /HR
Duties:
Package and wrap finished products according to job specifications and quality standards
Label cases accurately and ensure correct staging of completed goods in designated areas
Assist machine operators with basic tasks such as feeding materials, removing finished goods, or helping during changeovers
Monitor production lines for consistency and report any issues or defects to a supervisor
Keep the workspace clean and organized while following all company safety procedures
Learn and follow work instructions and production schedules to help meet daily goals
Support basic machine operations as trained, with opportunities to grow into more technical responsibilities over time
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach throughout the duration of the shift
Basic math and measuring skills helpful
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and a strong team-focused attitude
