Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator

Pay: $20–$22/hour

Overview: We’re hiring a Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator for a long-term opportunity in a busy outdoor yard environment. This role involves operating a large outdoor forklift to move, load, and stage materials, with a focus on safety and precision. If you have prior experience with heavy equipment and can read shop drawings to ensure accurate handling, this is a great opportunity to join a reliable team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate outdoor forklift to move and stage materials

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Read shop drawings to verify material weights and specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized yard area

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment required

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

• Dependable work history and punctuality

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required)
