Maintenance and Automation Technician

Pay Range: $26 – 32 / hr

Description: As a Maintenance and Automation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and automated systems used in the production of plastic molded parts.

Duties:
-Installation and Commissioning of Equipment and Automation Systems
-System Maintenance and Troubleshooting
-System Programming and Optimization
-Production Support and Monitoring

Qualifications and skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent
 -Experience as a maintenance and automation technician or in a similar role
 -Expertise in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing.
 -Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, servo drives, stepper motor controllers, as well as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic controls.
 -Proficient in programming languages relevant to automation and electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor systems, such as ladder logic or structured text.
