We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our property management team. Whether you're an experienced property manager, a supportive resident advisor, or a people-focused leasing professional, we have a role for you!
Open Positions & Pay Ranges:
Property Manager – $26.00 to $28.00/hr.
Resident Advisor – $20.00 to $22.00/hr.
Leasing Services Specialist – $22.00 to $23.00/hr.
Assist prospective tenants with applications and required documentation
Provide property tours and answer questions about leasing and availability
Maintain applicant and lease files, follow up on missing documents
Coordinate property viewings, move-ins, and move-outs
Update leasing records and application status reports
Work closely with property management and maintenance teams
At least 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related fields preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid Colorado driver’s license required
Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD/LIHTC) is a plus
