External Services Administrator

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, friendly, and efficient candidates for an External Services Administrator Position with a Leading Zinc Refinery. This position will pay depending upon experience, and the hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of short & long term projects
• Assign tasks to team members/vendors
• Manage facility service contracts
• Oversee the allocation of resources to include manpower and equipment
• Create and manage logistics plans, source vendors, equipment, and materials
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 5 lbs.
• Bachelor's Degree is recommended 
• Must have working computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Work, Excel and Access
• Must have a working knowledge of Business systems (SAP, RIMS, etc.)
• Displays excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Pays close attention to details
